In a world that thrives on having surface relationships, we often find ourselves doing life with people just like us, who always agree with us and have things in common with us. We never give ourselves the opportunity to learn from different cultures, different backgrounds or different ways of thinking.

 

At City of Life, we believe that God wants us to go beyond those kinds of surface relationships. He has called us to live life together in unity as a diverse city. Life groups are a great starting point to achieve this goal. In these life groups you will find real people just like you who have to pay bills, who struggle, who have experienced loss and deep hurt, but are learning together to overcome through Jesus. This can also gives you the opportunity to connect with someone you can relate with no matter where you are on your journey. These groups offer deep, intimate relationships that grow into deep, real friendships. They are motivated and rooted in love.They are facilitated by loving and caring individuals who want to see you reach your full potential in Christ. Generally, we encourage Life Groups to meet weekly or every other week to build deeper relationships.
