Pastor Josh can be described as real and authentic. Pastor Josh has a crazy love for God and people. He also has this outrageous sense of humor and is very animated, which grabs your attention when he is teaching the word of God or just sharing his heart through stories of his life experiences. Pastor Josh believes this simple truth if God can change his heart and transform his life then there is hope for each person he meets.

 

Josh and his wife Dori have been married since 04/2004 and they have four children; three daughters Jasmyn, Karly, Micah, and one son who is the youngest Noah. Josh is a graduate of OCU with an Associate’s degree in Ministry and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Leadership and Ministry. 

 

Before being called into full time ministry, Pastor Josh was a retail store manager and owned his own painting business. In 2004 Pastor Josh began to pursue his love for music joining a band called Election Sure; then later forming his own band 7 Days of Grace, and all the while also using his talents and gifts as a worship leader at a local church. Pastor Josh and his good friend decided to plant a church called Hope House, within a short period of time Josh felt the call beyond music and into full time pastoring.

Pastor Josh planted City of life Ministries in 07/2009 and now serves as the Lead Pastor. Through the leading of Holy Spirit, amazing things are taking place; lives are being changed.

 

Josh enjoys playing music, singing, hanging out with his family watching Big Brother or just being silly, and you can often find him on the disc golf courses as well. Pastor Josh favorite bible verses are Philippians 3:12-14 and 1 John 2:6. His favorite bands are Match Box 20 and Elevation Worship.
